"We came in and they told the person in front of us that they were low on staff. We got seated right away and serve red quickly though. That was nice. However, our server printed out all of the items that were off the menu for the day. There were about 15 things on the list. We ended up getting a burger because it was one of the only things, thankfully, I added blue cheese to my burger, which gave it more flavor, but my friend didn’t get blue cheese on the OG burger, and hers was very plain and dry. Not only that, but all we got as a side was 3-4 small potatoes cut in half. And, they were dry and had no flavor and nothing to dip them in. They were clearly left over from brunch and had been sitting. She asked the kitchen and they said they were the freshest they had. Our server, Fatima, was very sweet and helpful. None of this was her fault and she did her best to help us out. Management is to blame for low staffing and not preparing food and inventory correctly. Also, not impressed with the pricing….$20.00 for a burger with no flavor and a handful of baked potatoes with no flavor or dip."
"Yesterday Saturday we went to the Stanford shopping center to browse around and we saw this restaurant, I was a little hungry and decided to try it out. The place requires reservations and we could sit in the bar to order food and drink. I ordered the OG burger and peach mojito for my wife. It was quite crowded. It took a long time for the food to come. Watching the busy bar was a great experience, the bar tender running without break was amazing. The burger didn’t come with fries but small potatoes which my wife really liked. I preferred fries but they’re good. The burger was excellent, the buns, the meat was just perfect. The price is quite reasonable, the drink was good but mostly ice. Anyhow, it’s a very nice restaurant, good food, we will try some other plates next time we visit this huge shopping center again. The burger is big enough for me not to eat again when I got home. The parking lot is huge in the shopping center but still need some time to find a spot especially on Saturday night."
"We showed up before 5:00 p.m. and nearly all tables were empty. We were told that there were no tables available to sit outside because they were all reserved. So we decided to get a takeout order and then no one took our order for several minutes. Despite standing right next to the cash register, no one told us when our order was ready. Super overpriced food. $26 a person for bowls. Update 11/24/23: Really great follow up from the restaurant. The manager David and I connected via email and phone and he seemed genuinely interested in learning how they could improve. He was super nice and brought me back for a complimentary meal. I did dine-in instead of takeout and was impressed by the presentation of the food. Brussel sprouts were a bit salty and salmon a bit overcooked, but overall solid food. I will say there was a similar issue with the host being curt and hesitancy to seat us on the patio despite over half the tables being open. Server was friendly and provided good service!"
"Good food, a very authentic menu. We ordered hummus and a pizza too Both were really good esp hummus. Omg their pita was soft and tasty. The place is huge with a nice ambience. The staff serving us was speaking very low we couldn’t understand him at many times. He even messed up our order. We had asked for hot water with lime, and we never got it. Anyways the food was good so all good."
