"Ordered delivery and I’m maybe a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. Driver approached door with pizza box partially open, and the pizza was cold upon arrival. I asked for plates, napkins, cheese and peppers and I was told “they didn’t give me any”. For a $30 medium pizza it comes with the expectation that my order will be kept hot and the same amenities available at the restaurant are made available upon delivery. Disappointing start to having Colorado Ave open again."
"Good pizzas. But not unlike many take-out places, waste at its best, with disposable plates and condiments we don’t know what to do with. PLEASE ask your customers whether they want that stuff before they check out. You might even save money in the process."
