"I have never left a review before, but this pizza place is embedded deep in the roots of my history that I had to leave a review in saying that this place is hands down the best pizza Palo Alto could offer. I’ve been their avid customer since the days of when they used to own a bigger lot down the road during my high school years. If you're seeking an authentic deep dish experience, this might not be the place to find it."
"I haven't had this place in years and with the new location I thought I'd give it a try. I got the 12" deep dish cheese and it was $26 ($21 with a 20% flyer they sent out.) In short, the pizza is not good. It has honestly nothing to do with Chicago style pizza despite the name. It was an incredibly bready slice of pizza and didn't have any real discernable outstanding feature. I didn't even want to keep the leftover pizza and just threw it out.... If you want actual Chicago style pizza, go to Blue Line Pizza in Mountain View or Patxi's in San Carlos. If you just want better pizza, State of Mind Slice House next door is better for a quick slice and Maldonado's is 7 minutes down the road and is worlds better."
