"I called this shop with a flat tire issue and they said I could come in immediately, as soon as I got there Roel started working on my flat tire. He kept me updated on what he was seeing with my tire and wheel, told me what he was doing to find everything out, and even brought my wheel out to show me the issue that was causing the flat. Very helpful and explained in detail what was wrong and how he was going to fix it so I could understand(I don’t know anything about cars). Amazing service, thank you so much!!
