"I was just going to have my oil changed. But after talking to your agent, decided on the minor service. I asked how long it would take. He said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. So to my surprise when he finished in 45 min. After looking at my receipt, what the mechanic put down would take longer than 45 minutes. Then when I saw the suggested services, would cost me an additional $4600. I have decided to get a second opinion from someone else. I think the trust I had in you has now disappeared.
