Reviews
"Outlet is OK. Very hard to sift through the rugs. Not impressed with the outlet merchandise"
"I just drove from the outlet home to outside Sacramento only to discover the 2 Stone Harbor Euro shams and 2 Danbury King shams are not what they were labeled to be. I got 1 king and 1 euro of each so now I don't have a matching pair of anything!!! I tried to call the store but there is no option to leave a message, nor did they answer. Not that it would do any good because they don't refund. I get that it's an outlet but teach your sales people the difference between euro and king! I am a devoted Serena and Lily bed linen hoarder, but no more. I found matches on Mercari for these but I won't go there ever again."
"Stopped in last Saturday for the first time. Inventory seemed to be very low but there were a lot of dining chairs, stools, and rugs available. Linens were picked over and the lighting section was very limited and things didn't look like they were in great shape. Dining chairs were around $200-300 each, a few dressers for $2,000, and larger chandeliers for $1,000. So.. things are discounted, but not super dramatically."
"Buyers beware! This is the first store review I’ve ever written but this is important. Don’t let this happen to you. Let’s start with the general quality of their furniture. Although you may find some good deals on linens and pillows, the furniture is hit and miss. Definitely hype, definitely overrated. There designs are NOT timeless. But most importantly, my girlfriend had one of the worst shopping experiences of her life at the Vacaville store. Staff is generally rude but the manager in particular, Meredith, has shown that there are some very dark individuals in this society and after many months of trying to communicate with upper management, the Serena Lily corporate seems OK with it. Just read the reviews! If you read past reviews on yelp, you will see this is clearly a pattern over the last two years at the Vacaville store. My GF went in to buy 4 chairs she had been looking for over the months preceding. The manager, Meredith, yelled at her from across the store and came over to aggressively yank the chairs away and gave them to a reseller!! To add insult to injury, Meredith proceeded to shame her for “hoarding”!! Meredith, who is known to do back-room deals with resellers in front of normal customers like my GF, (see previous yelp reviews) was not only rude and aggressive, she went so far as to kick my GF out of the store and then proceeded to exaggerate what happened to management to cover her repeatedly bad behavior. After months of attempting to communicate with corporate, she felt entirely dismissed and they did not bother to listen to testimony from witnesses who saw the whole thing. Even though they eventually allowed her back in the store, they backed up all the lies Meredith had told them that she had hoarded 20 chairs that morning and was rude to customers. In all the years that I have known my girlfriend, she has never been rude to anyone. This is toxic and disgusting behavior for an outlet and more importantly at a corporate level and I can’t believe they allow it. She has sworn never to shop there ever again. Read the reviews, you’ll see this is a pattern, so I’ll say it once again, BUYER BEWARE!!"
"It is shocking how poorly the customer service is at this outlet. Customers are left waiting outside during normal business hours while designers are allowed in to pick up merchandise. I am a fan of the store's products but will not recommend them to anyone based upon how customers are treated. There are fabulous products elsewhere that treat customers well."
