"Went there because it said they have an item in stock. They couldn’t find it and said same thing happened a few days before where they couldn’t find that same item. Sooo, update your inventory ! Wasted an hour round trip In addition, they said next closest is Elk Grove and they have 1 Tried calling Elk Grove (916 number) and only got put through to a generic person on the east coast who says it’s in stock but no way to physically get ahold of the store or check unless if I waste another hour driving there for a “maybe” This is exactly why people shop on line and if Best Buy doesn’t fix it they’re gonna go under What a terrible waste"
"Probably the worst experience I had with a place that claims to be a computer repair place. I told them a very specific issue, why it’s happening and paid them to fix it. Not only did they not fix the problem but they told me the solution was one thing and then another thing after the first one didn’t work. Maybe don’t advertise as a computer repair place if you don’t actually know how to determine what is wrong or how to fix it. Only good thing about this experience is how friendly the staff is…"
"Hard to find an associate to help you. When you do, they are usually knowledgeable. Pro Tip: When asked about a product, don't pick up the box and read the back... Customers can and probably already have done that. Seems like it's gone downhill over the last couple of years. The cancelation of the rewards program made me purchase here less often."
"Bought mid-priced headphones. Turns out that company stopped supporting it on their app, as they had just released a new model (very shady, JBL). I couldn't adjust them for that reason. Bestbuy was awesome at helping me attempt to trouble shoot. It didn't work, the online operator told me to bring them back (I bought them less than 48 hours prior), for a no hassle return. It was just that, completely no hassle and a very smooth return."
"Firstly, I want to say as an ex- Best Buy employee this is one of the worst Best Buy I've ever encountered. Second, if you're thinking about getting appliances from here, do yourself a favor and don't do it. I had ordered my appliances from out of seat and had their delivery team not only that my fridge twice, but they also messed up my door frame both times, I've been super polite call me try to resolve both of my order issues, but the issue that I'm having now is the fact that they charged me almost $2000 for a fridge that I don't have with me they were supposed to cancel it yet… No cancellation. I just wasted over an hour of my time with one of the managers and in the end result, I was told to call the one 800 number or wait until it was resolved which he saying that it was not gonna get resolved due to them taking a photo. Honestly not only is management here a joke, but good luck trying to get somebody to help you over the phone when they barely speak any English. Shame on Best Buy because truly they did go downhill unless it's just this area. Not only are they clueless and don't know what to do but thanks for them. My credits gonna get messed up. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot and get your products there or amazon. Don't even shop there for any appliances. I I know everybody says that they're gonna stop shopping at a place but I'd rather be paper cut on my tongue than ever deal with Best Buy again."
