"I want to give Tim a shoutout, (I believe that’s his name) he helped me in the floral department! I went in on Sunday Dec.03.2023 in look for particular roses. I saw Tim and asked him if he knew if they had the particular roses in stock, he said he was getting ready to restock and would check. He came back and brought back two boxes, the roses where in the box! But I needed two, so he himself offered to check a third box. We didn’t find them but I was very thankful for his incredible helping behavior. Employees like him really make shopping experiences enjoyable! Kuddos to Tim!"

"Impressed. My first visit to CA Sam’s Club with a card holding family member. In comparison to my current Costco Executive membership, I am impressed with 1. Sam’s having a fuel station and that their hoses can stretch to the other side of the car, if needed. 2. Decent gas prices in comparison to Costco. 3. The warehouse layout is comparable. 4. The surprise was the lack of crowds and limited number of F2F check out clerks - there’s multiple self-check out lines AND the very impressive “Scan and Go” feature via the Sams Club smartphone app to self-scan your cart items on your phone/app, and settle the bill to credit card on file, and to show the QR code generated at warehouse exit-check out clerk, and after a few items scanned/verified, we exited. Very efficient."

"I prefer Sam's over Costco; the Sam's parking lot can be full, but you'd never guess it once you walk in. There's not wall to wall people; I tend to get claustrophobic in Costco. The cash registers tend to be lacking; sometimes, the lines are very long, with 1 to 2 cashiers. I usually use the scan & go and love it. I will, from time to time, use the self check, and they rarely have waiting or a long wait. The fuel station very rarely has long lines, and they're normally the same price as Costco and occasionally slightly cheaper. (Speaking of Costco fuel this past weekend, their line for gas was backed up almost back to their more Southern entrance. That's ridiculous! ) I did a comparison between both warehouses (I chose about 20 things I buy often). I found about 90%of my items had a better price than Costco. The item I go to Costco for is dog food. They are cheaper and have more for the money. Please Sam's sell a larger quantity or reduce the price."

"Prices are good! Clothing is great for the price. Cuddle Duds for $12.98. Their Christmas items and decorations are wonderful. Produce comes in smaller portions than at Costco so they don't go to waste as quickly. Updating some special deals on March 1st 2022. Update for 2023 March. Samsclub has some really nice Spring decorative pieces as well as large faux trees/plants for $99.98. Nine West jeans for $7.81 are going fast. They are remodeling their produce and dairy area to a large walk in."
