"If I could give 0 stars I would. Today’s visit was me and my husband first time in this store, as we are not from here nor live here but booked a stay at a hotel resort in Vacaville after attending a family funeral. The employee Josmar was extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband and I, and hovered over another employee who scanned our items at the checkout stand. This particular employee was hostile, snapped at another nice lady who asked for him help, and gave my husband and I dirty looks. I don’t know what his problem was but my husband decided to shop here today because we needed items to purchase for our hotel stay. I didn’t expect poor behavior and mistreatment by Josmar to be added with our shopping experience. My husband and I remained respectful, regardless of Josmar disrespectful behavior, because that’s who we are, but we are concerned with your hostile employees with your customers."
"This is a great Walmart store. It is clean, well-stocked, efficient check-out lines. And it sells Califia Almond Milk at a good price compared to other nearby grocery stores."
"We have consistently gotten moldy products in our pickup. The poor folks in pickup appear overworked and completely exhausted, so I don’t blame them. I blame management and staffing as I have called probably 20 times today and no one other than the beast of worker in pickup who is carrying this whole store on his back. I even called HR here and no one picks up. Walmart in general has terrible customer service as they bleed their workers dry, but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Yall need to unionize and take over this place because you are not getting treated well. Do so much better to your workers please, Walmart."
"It is the worst experience in customer service, we had already spoken with the person at the jewelry store, we told her that we were going to continue looking because we had to buy something else, but that she would please set aside a watch and some earrings for us just to go out and pay . And when we were already paying and required the items we set aside? Nobody knew anything? We asked to speak to the manager, he never arrived, we told the cashiers to talk to the person who helped us... they just said go look for her!... all the cashiers were at the cash registers but no one moved, we had We had to repeatedly require the jewelry manager to come, we had already paid almost 200 dollars for the purchase, and we had to go to the jewelry store again to wait for them to serve us again... when the same person who had helped us finally arrived, he asked us if We needed something more... we told her what happened and she told us but the things separated from you are in the area where you paid... we were going to pay up to 150 dollars plus plus taxes again! It is a real shame that everyone has such poor training."
"If you want to get items then proceed to check yourself out, while the workers stand around watching you scan and bag your own items then this is the place for you! At night no cashiers, and during day, one cashier. They see people waiting yet they do nothing. Need people working again; sure keep two self check outs but bring actual cashiers back. We're already paying and don't need to do everything as if we work here. Do better America."
