"I decided to buy local instead of going to a big box. Worst experience I've ever had when my 6 month old dishwasher failed completely. The whole experience went on for nearly a year, at one point Pearsons received a credit for the failed dishwasher from the manufacturer, but refused to give me a refund. I had to take it to the manufacturers headquarters to get my money back. Staff there (who no longer works there) was rude, sent me a long, crazy email full of lies! I will NEVER deal with them again. I sure miss Harbisons!"

He showed us how to step up to a nicer microwave at a lower price, (the next model up was on a sale that we didn't know about). Very competitive pricing with Home Depot and Lowe's.... we checked.
