Reviews
"This place is nasty. It looks like a homeless house and you feel dirty walking in there."
"This goodwill is (in my opinion) overpriced and they also have the dressing rooms closed. I don’t understand how they can charge so much for used cloths when they don’t provide a place to try them on? + no return, ?? Its hard for me to purchase second hand without a try on. On top of that it is a bit small. The staff is very friendly, so no complaints there."
"Nice atmosphere, a generally good selection of clothing (if you like oversized t shirts, blazers, and jackets). The staff is friendly. They have a great deal on sundays wear everything with a yellow tag is only $0.99. So, I got a sweater and a long sleeve t-shirt for only $1.98! There was a windbreaker that I loved, but it had some cobwebs and a dead bug in it, so be careful of that. Overall, the store is nicely kept and if you look hard enough, you can find a great deal :)"
"I recommend this palace to everyone out there! Every time I do go an browse around, their friendly, the songs they play are pretty hip, an have just about what I'm looking for. To top it off, the prices aren't to shabby either!"
"Old, Dirty, disorganized, & dusty. Workers standing around talking and the shelves are dusty. Finger prints and smudges; Hello !!!??? Way high prices, do not know who prices, things, however they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ! It is a thrift shop not a consignment shop, they do not seem like they want to move stuff, I see things there that have not moved in weeks, they have high prices on plastic purses, and little tiny wallets are 5.00. You can get a brand new wallet at Walmart for 5.00 on sale ?????? YOU CANNOT LOOK ONLINE FOR PRICES, OF THINGS THAT ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION, and then put them on the stuff in the Napa store that are crappy and ripped ? The business end needs new management, big time, and the people whom work there seemed pretty low classed, scruffty, & not well kept. The pricers are dreaming, with their ridiculous amounts they charge for NOTHING. The American Canyon store is much better, very clean and orderly. Also the AMC workers are very nice. The Napa store needs paint and fix the holes, in the walls, and brighten it up, and make it inviting. Not much decorating abilities there ? Again it is very disorganized, and piles of things that need to be separated, and put in like kind order. Every time I go in there it is a disappointment at best . Who knows where that stuff comes from ??? Not clean stuff ? Where I come from thrift shops have 10c binds, 25c, 50c, 75c, and 1.00. They sell stuff fast and make room for the new stuff, not hang on to it like they cannot do without that last dime, and will not bring down the prices. Sad store, and crappy stuff. If you think this is a good store, you have never seen REAL THRIFT SHOPS THAT CATER TO THE CUSTOMERS AND MOVE THEIR STUFF DAILY, AND FAST ?"
