"We trusted rafeal until our last encounter with him. My car kept dying out at stop signs. He kept my car for 8 whole days until he "fixed" it. 400 dollars later and my car was still stalling out at stop signs. I called him to tell him and he basically told me he was too busy and he could take it back in two days. He took no accountability whatsoever for my waste of time and money. Did not even try to offer a refund since I payed for a fix that did not fix the problem. Now I am back to square one after paying him for a problem that was not resolved. I spent 600 dollars on rental cars for the 8 days he took to wrongly diagnose my car as well."
