"Kris was fantastic! He came right out to test our vehicle, when we asked for help diagnosing our check-engine light on our Mercedes. Kris was friendly, enthusiastic to answer any questions we had, and explained the possible issues that could be causing the light to be coming on. We were able to purchase something he recommended (a carbon filter) that was relatively inexpensive and he even gave us the YouTube link for how to install it ourselves. He is a customer service superstar and his willingness to just come out and offer to help out was a very pleasant surprise to find these days. We'll be back! Thanks again!"
