I first took my husbands truck in when we were having issues with the battery and he gave me advice with not expecting anything in return just so I could have peace of mind! Then when my check engine light went on I brought it to joe and he explained all the different messages to me in a way I could understand. He gave me over an hour of his time just talking through everything with me. He gave me true honest advice which is what we all hope for when getting our cars fixed!!
