"Had an appointment for 8:45 and adviser had not yet reported to work when I arrived. Luckily a shop person helped me and got my tire replacement going. Facility has a nice waiting area and showroom. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. The men's bathroom is not well maintained. The seat protector dispenser is missing and neither the towel dispenser nor the soap dispensers work. Floor outlets in the waiting area are a trip hazard. Overall facility is not well maintained and needs to be refreshed. This is a shame because the current overall appearance unnecessarily reflects poorly on Tesla. High side of the experience include a reasonably easy booking process and a great status update monitoring function in the app. Loved the fact that now with an appointment, handing a key card to the advisor is no longer needed. The car can be moved within the facility without a key. The good news is that my tires got changed and the alignment was performed correctly. Something I was unable to have adjusted when the car was first delivered. My steering wheel is now straight when the car is going in a straight line. This shop performs limited adjustments and services as it is a sales and deliveries facility. There is a full Tesla service center just up the road."
