"I loved this Starbucks since I have been in this neighborhood for over 30 years. Always been a 5 star for me. Lately though the last couple of mobile orders I place were not to par. One incident was when I go to pick up my order, my order has not been made and I arrived there 5-8 minutes past the time it was supposedly ready. I let it go since they were really busy. Again, the last time, 9/22/23 at 3 pm, I ordered my usual mango dragonfruit refresher , it was not reafy again so I waited again. Once I got my orders, they were so watered down that it tasted like colored water. I knew it because when my daughter brought the 2 drinks to the car, drinks looked a pale pink in color. I still love this Starbucks but please, hire more people or more training might help. It has really been so busy in this location lately."

"A smaller but large on personality store. Everyone is happy and smiling.The staff works in perfect unison considering that it is smaller counter area. ADA compliant with lots seatibg and a giant Handicap parking space. Nice to see that they take the time to greet and learn people and their drinks."

"The different thing about this Starbucks is it has a cute book shelf that you can read/ donate. The interior is similar to many of the Starbucks, may be a little less socket outlets for laptop users. The staff is friendly as usual."

"Stopped by at this location for a drink. Ordered a venti carmel frap. Great staff. Very positive attitude. Although the wifi is uberly slow, I was able to get a table where I can sit down and enjoy my drink. I was able to get a few paperwork done. Please speed up the internet."
