"I have bought two cars and leased one car from Poway Toyota and aways had a great experience. I called them to set up a plan to purchase the vehicle I had been leasing. The lease is almost up, and my daughter loves the car. I just wanted to pay the balance and keep it. It took them two days to get back to me. They stated that if I didn't want the extended warranty and other dealer options, they were not interested in helping me. They told me to contact Toyota Financial. They had no interest in helping me unless I purchased extras through their dealership. Toyota financial was easy to deal with. I will be purchasing two cars this year. I will pick a new dealership. Poway Toyota had a lifelong customer up until today."

"Five stars for Mike Lewis! He kept me updated and made my transaction smooth and easy. Excellent service, but this dealership has decided to charge 3% if you use a credit card. We paid cash but I'm sure there are many people who have no choice and now have another expense they can't do anything about. Disappointing decision."

"Really disappointed with the service department experience we had this week. My wife took her Rav4 in for a tire rotation and they topped off her oil while they were at it, which was great. Unfortunately, when she got home she mentioned that the car really smelled like oil and when we popped the hood we found that the oil cap wasn't replaced. Something I might expect from a discount oil change, not the dealership. Fortunately, oil level was still high, we were able to eventually find the cap on the floor of the engine bay, and no damage was done aside from the big mess the oil made. We called the service department, thinking mistakes happen (although this is kind of a big one...) and no damage was done so no reason to make a stink about it, we'd just like to have the oil mess cleaned up for us at a minimum to make things right. They were shocked at what happened and agreed to detailing the engine bay and checking the cabin air filter, which we very much appreciated. Unfortunately, what we got was far less than promised. I got home after taking the car in and popped the hood again to find that oil splatters were still obvious on the engine cover, and oil was still present on the underside of the hood. The invoice said clean the oil rather than detail the bay which was disappointing, but would have been acceptable had they actually done that. When I called back and explained what I found there was little support and no interest in seeing pictures I had taken that showed the poor cleaning. He did say I could bring the car in again, but that "they would just be doing the same thing again". I'll just wipe it down myself at this point. I can't recommend a service center careless enough to forget to replace an oil cap and considers this to be detailing the engine bay."

"I was looking to buy a truck for my son. I contacted Costco and they have a great relationship with this dealership. At first I wasn't too sure what to expect from them, we contracted them and I was transferred to Dan Pasenelli he was the person in charge of the Costco clients. So since my son wanted a specific type of truck we needed to wait for it because it was being built and in the way to the dealership ( nothing too special, just that he wanted a Tacoma truck with a 6 ft bed and a 6 cylinders). So after taking to Dan he got it for us, and we were given a second choice which he also got for us, Dan was super helpful, super nice and very knowledgeable. Every time we had a question he always had the right answers. After a month of waiting we got to meet Dan in person (by the way through out the whole month Dan was on top of things, updating us all the time), when the trucks arrived he called us and set the appointment for us to go see the them. He was even nicer in person, Dan took to the trucks, did the test drive and my son choose the one he wanted it. They made the processor easy and simple what's my son chose the truck you wanted, my son was very excited especially because Dan was able to show him the whole entire features on the truck and took his time to be able to teach him everything he needed to know about the truck. Everything worked out well the only little thing I say that cost a little snag watch when we went into financing, they give you so much information at one point that your head spins when you come out of there, it was okay the lady that help us was very nice he's just was way too much, all and all we love the experience at this Toyota dealership and I really highly recommend it to anybody that wants to take a look at it, make sure to ask for Dan he's the one that helped us very much. I want instance he actually did more than what he should have done for us and we really appreciate it a lot. There is handicap parking in the area easy access and out access to their parking lot and they have the service department behind them as well as a very nice receptionist at the front helping you find the person you're looking for. Take your time to check out this awesome dealership!"
