"They served the food quickly and without making any mistakes in the order, because unfortunately in other Macdonalds they have made a mistake with the order and made us wait a long time."

"The app for some reason doesn't work at this location. We ordered our food at the counter specifically stating plain hamburger with a apple of cheese with apple slices for my child. We got our food and the cheeseburger had everything on it (ketchup, onion, mustard, relish, etc) with extra fries. We brought the wing food back to the counter and the employee said "it's made the way you ordered it" with an attitude. That was extremely rude and unacceptable."

"Rate McDonald's for what it is. Don't attempt to compare to a gourmet burger joint. It's large chain fast food. The biggest issue I find large chains is service. I agve 5 stars for everything. Service here however ranked high. Also the one located at Santa Rita Rd. Both of these have service perfected. Good job."

"The gentleman that works the drive through, weekend mornings, has to be the very best in the business. He is very friendly and proficient. He makes no mistakes. I'm sorry I don't know his name. You will know him by his always polite manner. He keeps his hair very very short, he is pretty much covered in tattoos and his teeth are gold capped. I hope someday he gets some type of customer service award. Or even better, someday he encountersc another server as pleasant as he is, so he can experience great customer service himself, as seen from our side of the service window. ."

"The location is fine, Invited after 9PM and we were the only ones seated inside. Unfortunately the Big Mac patties are only something like 4mm thick. I believe they have to re-evaluate how their most popular burger is made. It wasn't bad but the competition isn't the same as in the 90s. Fries are exceptional, as usual."
