"My primary concern with Panera Bread lately is the apparent change in their cup policy. As someone with COPD, I often order food and need a large cup of hot water for my Yogi tea, which aids my respiratory issues. Previously, I could easily grab a cup and fill it with hot water myself. Now, I have to request a cup, and I'm given a small one as if I were a child. I valued the independence of being able to serve myself hot water in a regular-sized cup, rather than having to request it from a cashier and receive a smaller cup. While I can ask for a larger cup, the convenience of not needing to ask in the first place was what I appreciated. It seems trivial because ya know it's just a cup. But sometimes we need that comfort. If Panera bread had tea that aided in my respiratory issues I'd drink it. But you guys don't have it so I bring my own. Please give me access to cups without having to ask a cashier for one."

"We strolled in about 30 min before closing. Team was patient with us and let us take the time to choose our food. Food came out fast and was delicious and they even made and put out fresh tea as the station was already cleaned up."

The restaurant & bathroom are always clean compared to the other locations. I highly recommend this location vs. other ones if you didn't have a good experience at panera."

"I had been in the Paneras in Chicago. I just didn't know the menus would be so different. The choices in this location are minimal. I got a two item entre which included chicken soup, cheese macaroni and bread. When it came to my table I was shocked by the tiny portions. It felt like I was having a snack. The macaroni was good. The soup was watery and not hearty. And the bread was cold. Good thing the food was not overly salty. The staff was friendly though. The total lunch bill, including tax and tips, was close to $14 which is more than I want to pay for lunch. I really should have walked next to Chipotle."
