"theres 100 restaurants in Ashland, this is the one to goto if you want to spend an entire hour, contract the plague, and be browbeaten before being served cold food ordered by the kid in the chevy two cars behind you. i would give it a zero star review if google allowed that. check your food for razor blades, and expect fleas and scabies from the homeless encampment in the lobby."

"Always check your bags before you leave. Fool me once. Uber orders always arrive short. Chalupa box with taco and burrito is missing THE Chalupa. No sauces. I should know better by now Just checked the Mexican pizza and it’s not even cut hahaha"

"Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered via Uber eats. Taco Bell not only accepted my order but also completed it. Went through 5 delivery drivers who all cancelled as soon as they got to Taco Bell. Curious as to what is happening we drove there just to find them closed (early might I add.) so you accept the order, complete it, then leave?! Not only did you waste my money, but also my time and gas. Won’t ever be visiting or ordering from this establishment again. Do better taco bell."

"If I could give less than a one star, I would. It was a terrible experience! I ordered a beefy burrito with no tomatoes. The kid working basically laughed and said, "It doesn't even come with tomatoes!" Ok, fine. My daughter ordered two Doritos Los Tacos. We were told after we paid that they didn't have the Doritos shells. He basically told her she needed to pick something else, so she chose regular tacos. They didn't offer to give me money back or an additional item. They were so unprofessional it was disgusting!!!"

"So I’m the “what’s included” slide that’s the burrito that I ordered that they messed up 2 times. I live up by emigrant so when I get home I wanna stay home but taco makes me take the extra trip just so I can get my order right. I said no sour creams they put sour cream go home was upset and I looked at the recipt 1.40 for chicken that fits the palm of my hand the rest of proportions make sense but this and the cheese like you’re Taco Bell where’s the cheese, my boyfriend had asked since they messed up our order could we possibly bug them for an extra side of cheese. They gave my burrito to me and shut the drive threw window and left. Now when I get home I don’t have the 3 cheese blend, the nacho cheese, or beans in my burrito I’m so upset I haven’t even went back yet. I’m gonna go back but I hope there service is better."
