"Update: May 2023, back for pedicure only this time. For the regular pedi at the price I could do better myself... I feel like I got feet washed and nails painted kind off thing. My first visit went ok. It was Saturday and busy... my pedi was great, but my nails could be better. 1)The shape wasn't what I asked, even though lady they to correct it. 2) Did not offered colors to choose. Just asked if I want Christmas, I agreed and end up with red nails. Color wasn't bad, but would like to see options. 3) Only have acrylic product...:( wish for gel powder... Will try one more time on not busy day..."

"This is my second time going to Mimi’s nails and they are horrible I thought I would try them again and I will never do that again my nails were so ugly the shape was horrible I asked for coffin and they weren’t the shape I wanted they were all different sizes and when I told them I didn’t like it they didn’t care they said they would take them off but I would have to pay to get them redone when they messed them up! $65 is not cheap. And I usually am not the person to complain bc it makes me feel weird and there was a lot of people in there I didn’t want them all staring at me but I did it anyways bc I was so upset that I gave them my $65 for that. They obviously don’t care about satisfying their customers I will not be going back there ever again and I recommend you don’t even bother waist of money might as well do them yourself"

"I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. I showed the picture to the tech. He said " no problem, we do it". I specifically asked if they done GEL NAIL TIPS. Built on my natural nails. He again said "no problem, we do it". After struggling for almost 2 hours for him to remove existing nails, he then gets out the nail polish and proceeded to paint my raw nails. I had to stop him. Show him the picture again and he looked at another tech and she said " you want tips?". I said GEL TIPS. LIKE THE PICTURE. she informed me that they don't do that. Wow. She then passed me off to 2 other techs to put on regular tips. No one even knew what a COFFIN TIP was. Again, I showed them a picture. Advised them how to do it. Still didn't get coffin shaped tips. Wow. A lot of money for something I don't like. Be careful if you visit. Even pictures don't work."
