"They do their square shape nails fat bulky and round 0/10 don’t recommend if I wanted duck nails I would’ve requested that, and left my cuticles crusty at the tip , and they’re not friendly .. They need more practice doing nails"

"We went for pedicures, 3 of us, man , woman, and teenager. Pedicures went well. We all felt comfortable, and the service was detailed and delightful. The ladies taking care of us were focused on our needs. We felt taken care of....then we suggested just a simple manicure for the teen. I had read the reviews that cautioned against it, but we did it anyway. And yep, the teen's cuticle was nipped and continued to hurt and bleed for a while afterward. The service was good granted, but the same incident that caused bad reviews happened. The man decided he wanted his back waxed!! Yes. . The room was discrete and prepared well. He had done this before and actually likes it. Wax turned out good. That's the good and bad of it."

"Me and my sister went in there today, they were so hateful to the older people there. there was this sweet older lady. they pushed her up in her chair. Then she sat there for 30-45 minutes and asked for hot water, they yelled at her and told her that they were BUSY and she had to wait. It was honestly so sad to sit there and hear how they talked to the older people. I also came in and told them I need my eyebrows done after i got my nails done. They made me wait & wait, so finally i just left. It was the worst nail salon experience ever!"

"My wife and I were in Thursday and had pedicures. Mike did mine and was exceptional but my wife had another tech and a really bad experience. He left painful hang nails on all but the big toes. We went back today, Sunday, to get them corrected. My wife spoke with Tom "The owner and manager" and he was nice and told her we could wait for Mike to correct the bad job. All was good until a condescending woman approached my wife. She annoyed me to the point I got up and went outside. She told my wife there would be an additional fee and she would do the work. But by this time my wife was headed out the door. The woman followed her outside and now said they would correct it for free. I told my wife to do whatever she wanted but I did not want to look at that condensing B and I would wait in the car. My wife decided we would go elsewhere for another pedicure. Hopefully Mike can find another place to work as I would like to use him again."
