"Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I used to work in a Walgreens pharmacy so I know the way this pharmacy operates is ridiculous. I called to make sure my prescription was being filled because it requires prior authorization and that takes a few days. I was on hold for 40 mins, the automated system said I was next in line, and then I get hung up on. So I called again and the automated system says there are more than 3 calls ahead of me. So they hung up on me after 40 mins on hold, making my second call go to the end of the line so I have another 40+ mins to wait on hold. Terrible service. I don’t know if they are just understaffed or what but something needs to change. The drive thru is a nightmare too unless you want to wait an hour in line, and then another 20 mins when you are at the window. Going inside isn’t much better because it still takes about 45 mins or longer to get your prescription. I will be transferring all of mine and my son’s prescriptions elsewhere."

"My daughter was released from the hospital after major surgery and had her pain meds sent to Mt.Juilet for pickup and after calling we found out they were closed , so we had the doctor sent in the prescription to walgreens in Lebanon because it supposedly was the only one open , well after calling 4 times they told her it would be ready in 30 min. But what they didn't tell us was by the time they drove over there to pick them up the pharmacy had closed.They had put up a sign saying it would open back up at 10pm so, after waiting in pain they go to pick it up and a new sign was posted saying they would open back up at 8am. Not once did anyone in the pharmacy tell her they were going to close for anything and so she spent the entire night with nothing stronger than Tylenol, which didn't do much . They were the only Walgreens open but the pharmacy wasn't.. poor customer service, poor service on the phone , no wonder people drive to Mt. Juliet instead of Lebanon. And on top of that we couldn't get one person to talk to in person . I wouldn't go there again if I was granted a shopping spree they are awful"

"Drove all the way from Hartsville, on a Monday night at 10pm, and they were just completely closed out of the blue. Thanks for making me waste 10$ of gas for nothing. I don't even know if my prescription coupon will be valid tomorrow and I was counting on it to be able to get my antibiotics. Either get more help, or start treating the employees better so they stay, this is completely unacceptable."

"More like -1,000 stars. This pharmacy is such a joke! You can literally call them, have verified it’s ready to be picked up only to get there and it’s not ready. And you already know that takes 45 minutes. Whoever oversees this place just needs to get everyone together and do a MAJOR assessment."

"This place isn't even worth one star. This is the second time I have came to pick up a prescription from them and they're closed without any type of notice to the public. I went in around 5:45pm and an old sign was posted about being closed on 11/9/23, I asked the gentleman at the checkout up front to see what was going on and he said they closed at 5:30 today and will re-open at 10pm when nightshift comes in. I come back at 10pm, they're still closed, only this time with a new sign dated today's date 11/11/23 saying they would re-open at 10:30pm. IT'S 10:50PM AND THEY STILL AREN'T OPEN!! Like I said, this isn't the first time, and I'm sure it won't be the last. For the record, it's a 24hr Walgreens that has lunch break from 1:30am to 2:30am. They aren't supposed to close. If they have to, they should have a little more respect for the customers. The least they could do is show some freaking respect."
