"Ever had your hair cut and colored and been so embarrassed by it you elected to not leave the house? My spouse experienced this after the cut and color from LW Boutique Salon. She was so frustrated she didn't want to ever step foot into the salon again. Of course they don't issue refunds. You know those Franklin types that pay for services then want a refund at every turn (end sarcasm). Somehow turning the request of blonde into purple/blue/grey. Perhaps you shouldn't be allowed to offer hair coloring services if you don't know what you are doing. Until this place changes their policy on refunds for horrid professional services I would avoid this place like the plague."
