"The overall experience i had was so good . I went on Sunday 6/18 at 10:58 and got serviced at 11:20 . It wasn’t crowded the atmosphere was good . I love how they keep the doors locked for safety. I got the Manicure and Pedicure with gel polish.And Also was very clean!!"

"I went there yesterday to get a polish change on my toes and asked if they could fix my nails. They did my polish change on my toes and I liked. But they acted as if they didn't want to fix my nails. I'm paying for it, not them! I asked could they shape and even them out, they looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about and when I explained it again, they didn't wanna do it saying that they can't do what I was asking for. I even explained what happened at the shop prior to coming to them! I was polite and respectful, so don't let them tell you different. Then I wanted regular polish she told me she's gonna do gel because it dries quickier. I didn't wanna pay for that. I think they just wanted me out of the shop. When they did my nails, the lady was laughing at my nails and talking in their language. I knew exactly what they were saying. I guess the girl asked the one that started on my nails did she wanna do it, she said I really don't. So the other girl finished but when she started, she snatched my hand!!! But they were super nice to the other 2-3 customers that came in after me. I spent $72 on a polish change and a shape up plus gel polish I didn't ask for. This place is over priced. I will never go back here! Those two that sit in the first two stations, I do not like them!! Never referring anybody I know to them!! NEVER!! P.S. the lady that did my feet knew exactly what I wanted and asked for. I wish she could've did my hands!!! Show her this review about her. The other two, work on your attitude! Give the same energy to EVERYBODY you come across. I could've been a secret shopper!!! Be aware of those! I don't care if you do own the shop!"

"Went for a pink and white french manicure, was told they don't to white tips and pink acrylic, unless I got ombre, which isn't what I wanted. There's a major upcharge on everything, so I knew better than to ask for any design, they often don't do modern freestyles in shops. Decided on plain white tips, and noticed another young lady getting her eyebrows waxed, so I decided to get them done too. Nails were 65 the wax was 20, I tipped her 5. The decor is nice, and I notice that certain customers are offered wine, though I don't drink. My nails and my brows are neater, I'm glad I found this shop."
