"Nice people, bad communication. We arrived for pedicures and were seated immediately in pedicure chairs. We alerted them that we were in need of some attention after 30 minutes. We waited for a total of 70 minutes before we finally got service. Poor communication, mediocre pedicures. We had intended to get manís and pedis, but we had no time…probably a good thing. There was some issue with the chair my daughter was in, resulting in her shoes getting totally soaked, becoming unwearable. Will not be returning."

"I've been coming here for a while now but sadly I think my business here is coming to an end. Came here a few weeks ago and got a full set and pedicure, my nails looked a MESS. The acrylic was thick, too much acrylic left under my nails and not removed, she didn't do good on my feet and she was rushing. Came back a few weeks later and Anita basically had to do my nails completely over and even she knew it was a terrible job. She made my nails look like a brand new FRESH set! They were thin, she took her time and made sure no excess acrylic was on my nails! Fast forward to today, I needed another fill-in, was calling looking for Anita again but she had not been there. I sucked it up and decided to come in anyways. OMG when I saw the same exact nail tech approaching I should've refused her but I did not want to be rude. She did a good job on my feet this time but my nails once again are fat. Some of them are even shaped sideways and once again she seemed to be rushing and the shop wasn't even full. I hate I decided to go accept her again for such a sloppy job. If Anita is not there, I'll only get a pedicure here from now on. Rushing and doing a sloppy application is not good business. $140 for a fill and pedicure to not be satisfied is terrible. I loved this place but I will no longer get my nails done here unless Anita is there."

"Went there 3 times never had a problem before. They did a great jobs on my nails. But today I went there was waiting for just a few minute then this lady on the pic started to work with me (soaking off my old ones) Just manicure today. Then the other customer walked in no appointment (just like me) and she wanted to to pedicure and manicure. The lady that was started with me she went to get that lady settled I thought it was just that but the nail lady just started to do her nail without saying anything to me and left me waiting. I understand that doing both she will get a better tip with I just do manicure for today but it should be first come first serve. Probably have to find another place to do my nails. Bye"
