"Went in for a pedicure and fill in yesterday services where very rushed and insensitive, although the shop was empty--the care to detail was ignored no cleanup around fingernails or toenails so my polish looks very thick gel runs to the cuticle so I'm sure a few toes will be missing polish soon, I paid for the luxury pedicure that didn't include a leg nor foot massage nothing fancy to deem it Luxury felt really bamboozled on my anniversary but that's my own fault beacuse i didnt want to harass the tevh like i noticed another customer did but maybe its the norm there idk, u live and u learn I also had to remove my own paraffin off my feet myself.Overall very clean shop, so when u go u just have to be nitpicky to get the results u want because if u don't say anything they won't neither and oh yeah I still tipped her because I respect the art-'I May try again..I believe in 2nd chances - So do better with detail for all customers not regulars!! We spend good money on vanity, a client should feel welcomed and confident in the service they receive and leave feeling they've received the Slay!! The Shop is Beautiful,Spacious and Clean and thats appreciated"

"These people can not do nails !!!! I had two people tell me two different prices . I had these nails for 3 days pictures below .They do not know how to shape I grabbed the file myself to shape it even . He didn’t even put the right size nail on my finger my nail popped off like a press on after a day . Do not recommend please don’t waste your time or money"

"I have an autoimmune disease that is triggered by gluten and unfortunately I mistakenly came in contact with gluten this week, and the reaction has been affecting my motor skills on the left side of my body. My balance is off and it’s a little hard for me to control my left hand fully. Nonetheless, I came in the shop to get my nails done for a wedding that I would be attending. I ended up with this rude, smart-mouth nail tech. And of course while he was working on my left hand, it was a little difficult for me to cooperate but it wasn’t that bad to the point that he couldn’t do my nails. Honestly, he had a terrible attitude to begin with and every time he needed me to move my left hand a certain way he would make little side remarks under his because my response wasn’t fast enough or I would lose control of my hand a little. He called me lazy, and then I told him what the problem was. The other nail techs thought it was funny, so they would snicker a little. It was so hard for me to stay calm and not go off because I was not feeling well and my body was weak, but I will not allow them to do my nails again. Their work is sloppy and not very good. Also, it’s obvious that their work is a reflection of their attitudes and people skills. (HORRIBLE!!!) When you run a business great customer service is important and reputation is everything. Judging by their rating and reviews, they have yet to grasp that concept. The picture attached is how my nails looked when I left the shop. It already looks like I need a fill-in. I was so irritated that I just decided not to allow them to try and fix. I will just go to a better nail shop the later on next week."
