2 CUTE NAIL SPA

"My boyfriend and I went into this establishment Friday around 4ish. We both got a pedicure. We asked for the volcano spa pedicure. Once we got back in the pedicure seats 2 young boys were back there asking if we wanted to try the “new” pedicure it’s amazing and we wouldn’t regret it. We said sure. It was literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, the kid doing my boyfriends didn’t even massage his feet AT ALL he threw some stuff on him, didn’t pull a single piece of dead skin off his feet (I watched the entire time) the kid doing mine did the quickest massage I’ve ever seen. He then proceeded to dig into my big toes even after I asked him to stop. He didn’t even ask if I wanted gel polish, just put and charged for gel polish after charging us $200 for the worst pedicure we’ve ever had, the polish on my toes looks terrible and is bubbled up. I’m pretty certain my toes and a few of my fingers are infected. My toes have not stopped bleeding since I left and I can barely walk. There is infection coming out of the cuticles of my fingers. My boyfriend gets a pedicure with me every 3 weeks and he stated that he never wanted to step foot in there again. The 2 boys literally sat there arguing about taking each others girlfriends the whole time. Wasn’t a relaxing experience at all. I was getting my nails done as well and I had faith in that because my mom referred me here and her nails were absolutely beautiful. Well when I realized that the same kid that did my pedicure was fixing to do my nails I really wanted to just leave but I didn’t have the heart to do that so we stayed. My nails were looking worse and worse by the minute. He painted clear on them and then realized he missed some spots with the acrylic so put acrylic over the clear. Didn’t even file or cut my real nails so my real nails are already under the tips. The owner had to come over and file them bc there was so much acrylic and polish in my cuticles. She did the best she could and I appreciated that greatly but there was no saving these nails. And if we didn’t have somewhere to be and if my boyfriend hadn’t already been waiting for 2 hours I would’ve asked to soak them off. The owner knew I was just given an awful set of nails and stated “next time you come myself or Chasity will do for you” My nails and toes are hurting so bad today that I can barely walk or pick anything up and I paid these people $315. I don’t have the heart to not tip for service provided so even given that it was an awful experience, I still made sure to tip them. I do not believe that the kids that worked on my hands or our feet are licensed or trained and if my hands and toes don’t stop hurting before I have to be at work Monday morning I will be pursuing this further. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and if they had any integrity at all they would give me a full refund. I was searching for a new nail salon to visit every 2-3 weeks, my nail lady has been gone out of the country for 3 months and I missed getting my nails and toes done, but if I’m not offered the same service again for no charge, or a full refund I will never step foot in there again. We spend $250-300 every 2-3 weeks in a salon. We would’ve been great customers to gain. But the fact that I have infection and blood oozing out of my fingers and toes today and couldn’t even put pressure on my feet or use my hands today tells me that they will let anyone work on you UPDATE it is now 3/4 and I am going to upload photos of my toes today. I will have to miss work and go to the doc because they are literally bleeding and pus coming out constantly. My entire left foot is swollen, infection all through it. This is completely ridiculous. Do not use this nail salon. It is not worth the risk. I have been in pain for 3 days now."

"After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical. But I have gone a couple of times and I must say I have NOT been disappointed! This is my new go to! Chassidy is AMAZING! I tell her what I want and BABY she delivers! The atmosphere is very relaxing and they truly cater to their clients!"

"See I bragged to early ! Got my nails done Friday and paid $120 for my nails only not including my feet. Now look at my nails… I won’t be going back anymore but I will be returning for them to fix my nails !!! Prices are too high for nails to be looking like this . Look like I need a fill in already smh"

"For $140 I did not expect this set of acrylics to pop off like damn press on nails 5 days after!!!! I received a bad set. They fixed it but reluctantly and will not give me my money back. It is close to my house but in all honesty I will never go back here after this experience."

"If I could give my negative 5, then I would! I've went here 3 times now, and everytime there is an issue. This time, I have one square foot and one complete rounded foot on a pedicure, after telling her no cut down. Then, when I asked for a natural American full set, they had no idea what I wanted! After the tech telling me that SHE WAS THE NAIL TECH, AND I MADE NO SENSE, she started tossing powder in drawers. I told her just take them off, so she called the lady that she'd previously told me I would have to pay to clean under my nails ($35 more). I popped all 10 barely glued on nails off in under 10 seconds. Still was charged $60 for pedicure and nails. Now, I have paper thin nails with uneven feet....for my birthday events. Yes, NEVER AGAIN!!"
