"Hands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They did not remove all the polish I came in with and the ganged up on me saying I was wrong. They had absolutely no clue how to do a basic French manicure. They ripped my cuticles out. No matter how many times I told her to stop making the whites thicker she wouldn’t stop so now I have globs of uneven white tip polish. I had to yank my hand away to stop her from filing the wound where she yanked a cuticle out. They put cuticle oil on gel which dulls the shine. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"I’ve been taking my 92 year old grandmother here for semi regular pedicures and manicures. The staff is warm and friendly and always does an exceptional job. They are really concerned with your comfort and making sure your nails look beautiful. Highly recommend"

"There were a few things that contributed to my bad experience but my main takeaway was the lack of sanitation/ following health rules & regulations. I watched the lady use the same exact cuticle tool, clippers, file, & buffer on FOUR different peoples feet back to back. And that’s all I saw so who knows how long they’ll continue to use those tools. The manager was very nice but you cannot blatantly break health regulations. It is against the law & puts your customers at danger."

"Horrible experience. The older lady who did my nails was extremely rough with the drill. I snatched my hand back several times and vocalized that it hurt. She nicked my cuticle to where it bled and continued as if she didn’t see it. Upon inspection, my nails are super bumpy and I am overall not pleased. I did vocalize my concerns to whom I’m assuming was the manager but they didn’t seem concerned as they took my payment. My first and last time ever going. Would not recommend."

"They do superb work, but I don't think I have been treated fairly because I am black. No one wants to do my nails here, though I don't ask for much just a pedi and fill in. I use the same color on my feet and hands, but they always send me to the beautiful lady who no one ever goes to for service, yet she is talented. They serve patrons spirits as well, but never offer me anything. Not even a bottle of water. I do feel unwanted here. Honestly I do, so I did respond by leaving the nail tech a $30 tip. And haven't been back since. Though I must say, this is not the only nail shop where I have been treated this way ..and though I don't ask for a big job to be done my total is always 95-120. I like having groomed hands and feet, but I am starting to find interest in doing things myself."
