"I only gave this business 1 star because I had no other choice if I wanted to leave a review. I contacted Corrine with the Brow Boutique 3/17/22 to schedule two brow waxes. She told me Anna could fit us both in at 2:00pm the next day 3/18/22. We showed up 10 minutes early and Corrine told us that Anna wasn't there yet, so we waited. After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time Corrine came out and asked me if Anna had contacted me I said no and she called her right in front of me. Asked her if she was coming in and she said no didn't you check your messages I said I woke up sick and wasn't coming. Corrine then looked at me and said she isn't coming, she's sick and then asked me if I wanted to wait 20 MORE minutes for her to finish up with a client and that she would do our brows. I told her no thank you and walked out. In total I spent almost an hour at this place and I didn't even get so much as an apology. What is the point of having an appointment?? These women were incredibly unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone. What horrible customer service."

"Im going to give one star bc they were very nice and everything was clean. However, I went for a lash full set and she finish in less than 40 mins which I was pretty impressed, but as the day goes by my eyelashes just kept falling and falling like as if they didn’t have any glue. Today (next day) I barely have any on. I spend 150 (they are actually 200something) just for probably 3 days.."

"Called this morning around 10am and spoke with Samantha. Explained to her I was new to the area and was looking for a place to get my brows tinted and waxed. She immediately scheduled me an appointment for 12:30pm. I arrived 15 minutes early. When I got there she was extremely welcoming, friendly and outgoing. Something you typically don't experience at other eyebrow waxing locations. I have never tinted my eyebrows so I asked for her advice and opinion on what shade, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time with each eyebrow to make sure I would be satisfied. She went above and beyond and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with the results. My eyebrows look amazing! I already scheduled my appointment for next month as well. Thank you Samantha!"

"I visit usually twice a month to see Carine and Renee for nails,brows and other services. Love the atmosphere and you can count on excellent services. Don't waste your time at run of the mill unhygeinic places. I love the Brow Boutique !"
