"I have been coming here to see April since 2014-2015. I have always had her cut my hair, sometimes a different person wash my hair but it’s all good. I can’t say that about my experience today. I booked an appointment online the day before and was told the morning of the appointment that April will not be there that day. I said that’s all good since I only need something simple like a trim and wash this time. They set me up with another tech and I was fine. I came to the salon and they couldn’t find my appointment so they set me up with someone else, which is all fine by me since I don’t want anything complicated this time. The tech put me in her chair, trim my hair and bang for about 5 mins, then take me to wash, I really thought she would come back for more detail after the wash. She shampoo my hair, left it with shampoo in and went on to cut another person’s hair. I waited for 15 mins before she came and rinse my hair, wash and conditioned for 5 mins, took me back to her chair and blow dry. The entire service took no more than 20 mins hands on. She charged me $65 for this. I don’t mind waiting, I don’t mind the technical messed up, but $65 for a trim and wash when the service only took 20 mins? The result is ok, but not ok enough for $65, and the effort was absolutely not there. I was very disappointed."

"My daughter and I have both had our hair cut here a few times and been very happy with all stylists. My daughter got her haircut by Amber right before her senior pictures and her hair looked fabulous! I have had my hair cut by three stylists and I have been so pleased with each one. I appreciate that they take their time to listen and answer my questions and they give advice on ways to improve the health of my hair. I highly recommend!"

"First time coming, put with new person fresh outta school, told her that I wanted caramel highlights and brown lowlights through my blonde. I was told she couldn't do that . First of all why not? We ended up doing a balyage. Then ended up caramel orange on bottom and burgundy on top, mind you my hair was above my shoulders . $200 !!! I ended up going back and redoing my highlights and this lady was amazing which she moved to another state. Come back to redo them again and get a hair cut they did not turn out even colored and cut my hair way too short when i wanted a trim only. Never again will I come back. I know everyone has different professional levels but this has been too much and too expensive for not feeling happy. People want to feel happy and good. I am a single mom and do not have extra money to do this all the time. Someone help point me somewhere else please"

"The same person has been cutting my hair for 15 years, and when she moved I was terrified of finding someone new... my hair had gotten so long after she left I couldn't stand it anymore... but let me tell you, a lady at Lee's named Jessica cut my hair today and I showed her a picture of how I wanted it. (Keep in mind my hair is very complicated and I'm double crowned and my hair parts very weird) so even showing other stylists pictures I've had MANY bad haircuts which is why I was so weary finding someone new after 15 long years. Jessica literally got it EXACTLY how I wanted it. I mean she absolutely nailed it! She was patient with my nervousness and worked with me the way I wanted it cut, asked lots of questions. If the other stylists that work at Lee's Salon are even HALF as talented as she is, then this is the place to go. I couldn't be happier with the results."

"Okay guys!! I will literally only go here from now on. My hair was absolutely destroyed and in need of some nice Care. Courtney was absolutely wonderful. We did a consultation for about 30 minutes. She listened to everything I loved and didn’t love and wanted for my hair. She was so caring and sweet. She worked a miracle on my hair and was very upfront and honest. I told her about my history with other salons, destroying my hair and not listening to my needs. She went the extra mile to make sure I felt absolutely beautiful. Great service Great salon."
