"if you are looking to get a set of acrylic nails done, do NOT go here. i asked for a simple long stiletto set with black nails, detailed with a pink heart. a man who was doing my nails let me choose from a range of shades of pink for the hearts and i settled on a pastel pink shade. upon doing my nails, he cut them WAY shorter than the what i showed him in the photo, and gave me an short round almond shape instead of stiletto. halfway through doing my nails, he got up and switched to a DIFFERENT CUSTOMER AND LEFT ME WITH SOMEONE ELSE? i showed her the same photo and had to explain what i wanted all over again. she said that i couldn’t have the pink that i chose out and said i could ONLY do hot pink and that they had no other color (even though i could clearly see they did). i asked if she could do white hearts instead of hot pink and she was very rude about having to do it but said she could. in the photo, the hearts were small, with two on each nail. she made one HUGE, sloppy, uneven heart which was no where close to centered. when she asked if it was good enough, i said no thank you and told her not to do the hearts after all (because it was clearly out of her skill set). after telling her no, she became VERY rude, shoving the uv lamp over my wet nails multiple times and her work became much sloppier. when she was done, instead of black stilettos with pink hearts, i had short, uneven almond nails with multiple imperfections. they look like hideous stubby fat little cat claws. it was so awful i ended up crying in the car as soon as i left because of the result and how rudely the lady who did my nails was. if you want anything that requires the smallest amount of talent or skill i do NOT recommend coming here. they had about two customers on a saturday for the two and a half hours i was there and i now understand why their business was so empty on a weekend. like i said, if you want acrylic nails i recommend going across the street to the other nail salon instead, you will be much happier. qd nails was easily the worst experience i’ve ever had getting my nails done and i will never be going back."
