"Absolutely horrible. I had highlights done on very healthy thick hair and the highlights look horrible (blotchy, chunky in some places, not even at all, no highlights in the front) and my very long hair is breaking off. It will take two years for my hair to heal completely. If you want a quick haircut, fine. Come here, but don't get more than that. No wonder they are going out of business. Terrible job."

"Renee is the BEST! i'm so glad she is back at the madison street location. She cuts mine and my babies hair PERFECT. My hair is wild and has to be cut certain ways or it looks boxy and uneven. But she gets me right EVERYTIME!!!!! And she has the sweetest personality!! She is so patient and calm with my busy 2 year old. "Took my son in and he showed them a picture and even told them mid-taper and it's so short now he's devastated. He doesn't have the heart to say he hated it so now he's upset. "A fourth of my eyebrow was waxed off... Not sure why you would go that far in to an eyebrow in the first place. the other was also waxed pretty far in but my microblading covers a bit more. I'm very sad because its obviously going to take a while to grow back. I think they need to do a better job at training. She didn't apologize, but im not going to make a fuss. Just wanted to leave and go home. My haircut was fine (I have thin hair, so it only takes a few snips to trim. can't mess much up)."
