"I went in to get an online pick up today and the ladies checking customers out did not seem happy to be there. Yes, they were busy but I work with people every day and even on the bad days I greet people with a smile. The lady who helped did not have good customer experience. I asked if I was able to get my birthday gift while I was there and all she said was “we’re out”. (went to sephora to get my birthday gift right after and they were out of product but I got $5 off and was at least told happy birthday) Also, I don’t enjoy being asked every 2 minutes if I need help. I enjoy to shop without being stopped by every person that walks by."

We were checking out and a couple of the items that she had chosen were not on sale as she had thought. The lady walked her over and helped her choose items that were part of the sale.
