"They had to replace some of the rear suspension of my wife's rogue when it was in for an insurance claim after a wreck. A few weeks after we got it back it started to make a strange noise when braking, so I pulled the tire off and found that they left the bolts that bolt into the sliding caliper bolts on the brake caliper loose resulting in the top one falling out while driving. Very unsafe, and needless to say I will not be using them in the future."
"If I could rate this 15 stars I would, these folks are great. They took my mangled Lexus and made it back into a beauty. 10 out of 10 on the body and paint work. Very friendly and professional and does a quality job. I can’t thank these folks enough!!!"
"Second time we have used Alliance. Both times were relatively minor damage -not- covered by insurance. Since we didn’t need the car to be perfect, they were flexible in helping us decide what was the most important and cost effective parts to fix. They were easy to work with and communicated very well too. Recommended local business!"
"BUYER BEWARE the employees must post the positive reviews themselves !!! This is the worst company I’ve given my money to in years. The people in the office do not care to help at all they just want to take your money and get you out of there. I had three encounters with them during my Process that we’re terrible. 1. When I first arrived on a Tuesday for my scheduled appointment the gentleman told me my parts weren’t in. I had to coarse him to help by asking for a tracking number or to please call to find out where they were and he acted so annoyed. After making a call INDEED my parts were there, but initially he told me they weren’t and said he didn’t know what to tell me. I went ahead and left my vehicle after he miraculously found the parts. 2. They called me that afternoon to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick up my vehicle just before closing I asked for some pliers back that were holding a plastic guard in place under the vehicle and they said they didn’t even get to repair that part!.. that they miscommunicated with the repair man and never told him to do this which was 1/2 of my $300 repair. The rude lady in front offered me $15 credit for my inconvenience after I planned my whole day and week around these repairs and arranging for rides with my 1 year old son. I told her my time is worth more than $15 and I would be back to pick it up the next morning when it was repaired correctly. 3. I picked my vehicle up and it looked great (the other 1/2 of my problem was that my bumper had a gap on both sides where there were broken brackets and looked like it may fall off.) the bumper was seemingly intact until I drove 15 miles to my families house and the bumper had fallen out of place again. The same issue I had paid $300 to fix. When I took it back to them to ask why my repair had not been done correctly she said they saw more damage under the bumper (which was never communicated to me) for it to stay in tact. So I was fraudulently told my repair WAS done correctly for $300 and it wasn’t at all. They gave me an incorrect estimate and never told me any other worked needed to be done until days after they had taken my Money and I came and complained about the condition of my car. They’re misleading crooks. The only person that seemed to be decent was the mechanic who happened to talk to me in the parking lot. He didn’t have many options for me as the crooks in front don’t help much but he had a great attitude and I could tell he wanted to help, he said he had some automotive glue to help reinforce the repair that was attempted. So ultimately I paid $300 for glue and $15 clips to be put under my Plastic guard."
"From start to finish David and Billie Jo kept me informed on the status of my 2017 Nissan Murano. It is a stressful situation to wreck your vehicle and have to rent a car. Their kindness and professionalism made it so much easier. Thank you to all the great staff at Alliance Body Shop. My Murano looks great. I will send lots of customers your way."
