"Amazing service!!! My son goes to MTSU and we live out of town. His engine light was on and we were going to address that when he got home. On his way out of town, his car overheated. It seemed low on coolant, but the temp indicator was all over the place. Plus it was raining and hard to diagnose if there was a leak or just a bad temp sensor, etc. Once we got a temporary fix (added water to the reservoir, don't judge), I called this O'Reilly location. I spoke with Trey, and he was awesome! He let me know they'd give us the code(s) and would also check on the coolant situation. They gave him the code and got him the correct coolant so he could get back to the dorm. This may sound trivial to some, but having a kid out of town with car problems, at night and raining, isn't the best situation. Kudos to Trey and to the O'Reilly team!!!"

"They stole over $150 from me. 2 days ago I purchased a AC PRO to add freon to my car, which AC wasn't cooling. When I got home and looked at the situation closer, I realized my car had bigger problems with the AC, so I decided to not use the tool and return it. They refused to accept the return saying there was less freon in the can that I didn't use. If this is true, then they sold me a used can of freon. Bottom line, I didn't get my money back. So be careful buying anything from this store."
