"Very bad I have appointment at 3:30 I was arriving on time until 4:30 no body touches When I asked reason he said change shift at 4 pm So any shift can be done if started on 3:30 or 4:00 but people not need work"
"I have experienced the worst customer service ever at this location car care center yesterday morning. I went in because my tire had a nail in it and I was hoping for them to fix it. My car's driver side door has been damaged by a deer collision a few weeks prior, and I have to get into my car from the passenger side for now, until I find time to take off work to get it taken care of. When I arrived I was greeted with zero courtesy and professionalism, I was told by the shop manager they, in fact, could not fix my tire because they would not be able to open the driver door. I was very perplexed by that because first of all, why would you need to open the door to fix a slow leaking tire in the first place, any oil change shop/tire shop does it while you sit in the vehicle ..none the less, I went on to tell the manager I am happy to get in and open the door for them. He proceeded on with another excuse saying their policy does not allow them to fix a tire if they can't drive the vehicle and get out of it. The damaged driver side door is able to open from the inside....it was getting so ridiculous, it was quite hard to believe! I even offered to get in and open the door for them! I am an African American woman in my 60's and I felt thoroughly and utterly discriminated against during the entire visit. The staff/manager seemed uninterested to help me and extremely annoyed. The kicker - the manager told me to get my door fixed first (>several hundred dollars) and then come back for them to plug my tire ("
"The mechanics here are knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change and they did that with no problem. The issue was the customer service…or lack of it. We all know it’s Walmart, so the bar is set low anyway, but the ones that are supposed to help you by checking in your car, etc. were absolutely atrocious! I don’t know who is doing the hiring but please go back to the drawing board. I will take my business back to Firestone I may have to pay twice as much but at least the customer service is impeccable!"
"Ok I went to Walmart today for 2 things. 1st being that I needed an oil change and 2nd my son needed drinks for a fundraiser. The gentleman in the service department was very easy to work with. Although he did state that this was his second day to be working there. I'm good with that but the 2nd thing is what gets me. I was going to purchase the drinks at Walmart but I chose not to because Walmart will not price match Kroger's price for the drinks. Kroger is currently selling the drinks 3 packs for $11.00 so I choose not to purchase the drinks at Walmart. Yes I understand there is a savings catcher on the app but I'd personally like the savings up front and not on the back end where I have to spend it again at Walmart. Don't get me wrong I do like the savings catcher app. Just wish I had the option."
