Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Would not recommend anyone going here quick and easy but they try to take advantage of people that do not know anything about cars. Got a full synthetic oil change and they tried to put a 3000 mile sticker on the car and then refused to change it saying they recommended everyone getting an oil change every 3k no matter what. Do not give them your business."

"I have had good service with them until Sunday, when I went to get oil change done on my truck, and saw service tech, brake my oil filter housing while trying to reinstalled it. She called over to other worker to assist her with the reinstall. I got out of my truck to see a better look at what was going on and the exact part she was having trouble with, even though I could see Everything going on from the gap under my hood. I took a picture of it, when I got out of my truck, and the manager on duty told me the name of the part and explain she was just having problems reinstalling. After oil change was finally done, and I paid bill ask for my receipt and was told it would be emailed. Once I was at home and look at receipt on my computer and noticed they had put several lies down in the comments about a severe oil leak, and oil overfill, and oil filter housing broken upon arrival...All Lies...And if I had any issues why wasn't I told there? I had purchased this truck approximately 6 months ago, with no problem, Leaks etc. My truck had been check out by 3 mechanic before purchasing, and had no problems..So why lie..I'm assuming because they know they broke my oil housing, and knew I was going to return so they lie to cover there damages they cause...Beware of this location for oil change. I have brought several of my cars here over the years with no problem.. I ask them when I arrived what happen to the TV monitor they used to have to monitor everything going on under your car? She said she didnt know, worse service I have ever had with them thru the years I have dealt with them. Get a print out of your bill before you leave, Beware of this location."

"Awesome job on the oil change service, all checks were done in a reasonably short time and attention to detail was given to tire pressure to axel fluid change out if I wanted it. I liked the great service that I received today, Keep up the good work."

"Excellent experience overall. Very professional staff and I found them very polite and friendly. The person taking my info helped me choosing the best coupon (in between groupon and valvoline coupon) and guided me through various oil types they had to offer. This was unique experience as generally I have seen others not being so helpful. I went here on a Sunday and opening time was 10 am. There was one car in front of me and it took around 15-18 min for that car to get done. At my turn, they initially checked all lights for my car and then a guy started filling air pressure in all tires. During oil change, they also checked all the fluids and topped off the windshield washer fluid. Overall I found this oil change experience quicker and better than others and I would highly recommend this location. Be sure to check groupon or something else as they always have some discounts ongoing. Overall it took me 40 mins (20 min waiting + 20 min time for oil change)."
