Landers Buick GMC Service

"So, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and when I left, I noticed I had a vibration coming from the rear. I had some things to do, so the next morning, I called and made an appointment. By the time I took it in, the vibration had stopped, so I didn't have them check it. A few days later, I had tire issues so I took my truck to the tire shop by my house, so I stood out with the tire guy while he was doing my tire and while he was taking the lugs off I noticed one wasn't coming off smooth and me being a mechanic myself, I said to myself please don't break but it did. So I saw it wasn't his fault. So I took it back to Landers Buick GMC and spoke with the service manager, and he told me they wouldn't fix what they did because I didn't bring it to them, for a flat tire. I actually travel a long way to go there to get work done but not for something as simple as a flat tire. I couldn't blame the tire guy because I watched him, and Landers was the place before that and Landers told me nothing about it when they did my oil change and tire rotation. If it was the tire shop I would have told them to fix it but I couldn't, because I watched them. No argument Landers, I'll fix it myself and just want be going back to Landers Buick GMC. Photos of the damage they did coming later when I do the work myself."

"Service Dept is trash! They switched from whomever to Landers, and it's still trash! Coming in for a simple oil change and tire rotation is too much to ask for. My last 4 visits to this dealership have been a complete waste. Sales sell you on warranties and maintenance, but it's double the hassle trying to basic service needs."

"October 27, 2022, appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor says he called for update on services needed. I had initially informed him that was in the showroom waiting. A tire pressure monitor needed to be replaced. Had to make another appointment. This was disappointing."

"I was on a family road trip through 7 states over Spring break. Our car broke down as we reached Memphis on a Saturday evening, stranding us about 450 miles from home and very early on in our trip. They were able to get me in Monday morning and after figuring out what was wrong, they promised they'd get me back on the road by the end of the day. At 3:15, they notified me that the car was fixed and ready for pick up. We had already been delayed by over a day when they got the car, so if they couldn't fix it that day, it would have cost us another night and forced us to abandon our plans and return home. Thanks to their service and parts departments, we were able to modify our plans and keep going. The remaining 1,440 miles of our trip went on with no further car troubles."
