"Absolutely wonderful! I took my husband out for dinner to celebrate his milestone 40th birthday as part of our Nashville trip, and let me tell you, it was a smashing success! The food was exquisite, the ambiance was enchanting, but the highlight of the evening was Zach! He served as our waiter, and he truly deserves a 5-star rating! Zach went above and beyond, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout the meal. We engaged in delightful conversation, and his recommendations were spot-on! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and, without a doubt, the most divine chocolate lava cake! Thank you, Zach, for making our evening truly unforgettable!"

"I’ll get to the point, the food was excellent with the exception of biting down on a hard lobster shell in the middle of our course. Anyways, the atmosphere was terribly dreadful! Jean-George for what an expert chef you are I was expecting at least a nice place to eat your wonderful creations! For the amount of money we spent for our New Years dinner we were expecting at least some nice (quiet) music but unfortunately it was a night filled with country music and whatever drunk bar people were screaming out blasting in our ear, where at times we could barley hear each other. It was truly upsetting and really diminished the prestige of your restaurant. Anyways, Jean-George your restaurant needs quality control immediately."

"Had the New Years Eve 7 course dinner and it was a phenomenal dining experience. Every course was carefully handcrafted and it was easy to taste the quality ingredients they use. Best Filet Mignon (not pictured) Ive ever had in my life. Highly recommend!"

"While in Nashville for the recent Beyonce concert, our group couldn't resist the allure of this JEAN-GEORGES restaurant, having enjoyed their other locations in NYC. The dining room, bathed in soft light, welcomed us with a beautiful ambiance. Our server was exceptional from the get-go, expertly guiding us through the menu, offering insightful suggestions, and enriching our experience with the history of the hotel and the restaurant's namesake. However, the service faltered when our second round of drinks experienced a delay of 20-30 minutes. Though our server apologized, citing a busy bar, the manager, who delivered the drinks, failed to address the issue or inquire about our experience, which was disappointing. Our meal started on a high note with a selection of starters including the renowned tuna tartare and a fresh heirloom tomato salad, both of which were well received. However, my fried chicken entree was a letdown, with the breast being overly dry. While this can occur when frying chicken, it was unexpected from a high-end establishment. The accompanying thigh, however, was much better. In summary, while the food was generally pleasing, the service could certainly use some refinement more so from management and the bar."
