"Plenty of Thai restaurants but not many Lao restaurants in the Nashville area. This is a Lao/Thai restaurant and it's legit. A hidden gem with plenty of menu items at the restaurant. Takes me back to my mom's home cooking. Don't be afraid to venture out and try the Lao dishes, it's just now starting to get recognized in the culinary world for it's unique blend of flavors. The grocery store in it may throw you off but don't be deterred by it. There are plenty of grocery items of things I need to stock the pantry for making an authentic Lao/Thai dish at home. Highly recommend this hidden gem."

"The restaurant is inside of a store. Mom and pop type vibes. I ordered the crab Rangoon with friend chicken. Delicious. After dinner I picked up a few items that you generally won’t find a target or Walmart in the market. Great experience."

"This Asian market includes a restaurant. Stopped in yesterday for lunch and it was packed. I had beef pho and it was delicious! Nice atmosphere and friendly service too. Reasonable prices."

"I visited Asian Market on my way to Nashville, and it had a bustling restaurant inside. Despite the lively atmosphere, there were few shoppers. The store is relatively small, offering fresh vegetables and fruits. They have a variety of foods from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, and the Philippines, although the options are limited. I noticed banana fritters, wontons, spring rolls, and sesame balls openly displayed at room temperature. When I opened the freezer, there was a sharp odor from the frozen food, including frozen fish and meat. The restroom, located near the kitchen, had a strong smell of raw meat as I approached. Unfortunately, the restroom itself was also unpleasant. It seems the store and restaurant may not prioritize cleanliness and order. The temperature in the food refrigerator appeared questionable. The storage of frozen and fresh food doesn't seem to comply with hygiene standards."
