"Do Not Order from here! Rip-off artist. Lied about delivery fee and charged $8 to go across the street! Not even American owned or at least Italian! Pakistanis or whatever. I rated the food quality at '0' stars as there was not a negative available. Cold pizza? It's 2 blocks away! I'm in Nashville all the time. I will have Basilico's next visit!"
"Ordered a veggie pasta and it tasted pretty good. They delivered the food to my hotel room for a reasonable fee. It took about 20-30 minutes from the call to the delivery."
"We were told by our hotel staff that this was a good place to order from sadly I couldn't agree less. We ordered wings which were ok, a chicken parmesan sandwich which had apparently been microwaved for too long. A mushroom Swiss burger which was a frozen patty that was probably microwaved as well , and some bacon cheese fries which the fries were just old and covered with an unrecognizable meat that definitely was not bacon. Everything was a mess from the ordering to the discrepancies in the prices ( our total was $67) to the quality and presentation of the food. This is definitely a place that I would not try again or recommend"
"I went into the store to get a bite. I was staying next door. I ordered to go, a bacon cheeseburger w/fries. They had no fries so I asked for onion rings. When I got to the room and opened the box, I received exactly 4 little bitty rings. The burger was the worst I've ever eaten. Tasted funny and was loaded with pizza toppings. Yep, shoulda expected that I think. I took pics but the onion rings didn't make it."
