"On the evening of November 6 my son and I made two mobile orders as usual. When we walked into this restaurant, the young lady was ready to take our order. However, she had an attitude when I requested military discount with my valid military ID card in hand. She told me to get a medium drink. When I asked for potato chips, she said it wasn't included. No fuss. However, I'm usually given a free drink and potato chips. I've eaten Firehouse Subs in several states including this location several times. I'm always told to grab a drink and chips including at this location. She looked at me with a hateful look on her face and walked into the back. That was the first and last that we saw of her. I don't know what was happening before we walked into this restaurant but the only person that spoke to us was the Black guy behind the counter while everyone else just looked. I don't expect workers to be so ill-mannered especially when we are loyal patrons to this restaurant from out of state and spending our money."

"My wife and I just left this place.... as usual the food was good but the young high school kids that took our order were rude. My wifed ordered and they were hateful. I picked up the food when it was ready and said, thank you. They looked at me with a hateful look on their face and didn't respond. Management needs to address this and tell their employees they need to be polite. We visit this place often but may not come back to this Firehouse if we feel like our food might be spit on for no reason. Lol I don't care if I do or if I don't hear, Welcome To Firehouse,..but they Didn't even say that. They were all pretty angry and upset for whatever reason. Acted like it was a problem for us to talk to them to order our food. We've all been Young and have had jobs like this while in school. But kids these days are awful. No manners or politeness..sad society"

"Good solid sandwich, quick friendly service. Clean dining room. Parking can be a little tight during peak hours. Soda machine needs attention, several of the options I chose were flat, mostly syrup. Otherwise a really good lunch!"
