California Pizza Kitchen at CoolSprings Galleria 1800 Galleria Boulevard, Franklin, TN 37064

"Ordered the wild mushroom pizza and when I got the pizza I was surprised by the amount of toppings on the pizza compared to the amount of crust. There was sooo much crust and so little toppings. I mentioned it to our waiter (who was great) and the manager apparently said that’s just how the pizza is made since there’s no sauce…. That makes no sense. I am paying $17 plus tax for a pizza I would like to have more toppings than crust. The reviews and stars given are not towards our waiter, it is for the manager (horrible customer service) having “no sauce” is not an excuse to make a pizza literally half crust and the rest the toppings. Also, I don’t need a reply from the manager. You should have came and talked to me when I was there. (Again example of horrible customer service) Proof is in my photo. Edit: March 6 2024 Manager replied 8 MONTHS LATER…"

"We like to sit in the bar area, order drinks and people watch. My husband orders a drink that's not on the menu and they always make it just as he asks. I typically order something fun and tropical. We've seen a couple get engaged and people break up... who knew the mall could be so entertaining!!"

"Big yummy! Me and baby girl dropped in for a bite while shopping! We ate in the center of the mall, enjoyed great salads, sandwiches and slices. Drinks were delicious too and our waiter taught us how to speak German! Try the Tai crunch Salad and the California club pizza is a great bite!"

"Service was good. The avocado egg rolls were different in a good way. Pizza was very fresh and tasty. Caesar salad was ok. The butter cake was also good. I would recommend this place for a quick good pizza."
