Pizza Hut

"I ordered delivery a couple months ago. A door dasher brought it to me but it was a completely wrong order. He said there was nothing he could do about it and that I should call the restaurant. I called and talked to a manager and she said she didn’t have any delivery drivers to bring me the correct order so I was stuck with the wrong order and she would give me a credit attached to my phone number. The next month I ordered again and the door dasher didn’t bring my drink. He told me to call the restaurant. When I did, they said they’d credit my account again. Last week I called to use my credits and the guy on the phone said he didn’t see any credits attached to my phone number. Horrible service so we’re done with Pizza Hut"

"Horribly scant toppings!! I counted 7-8 mushroom slices on a large pizza! This manager should be let go. Pepsico is worth $228 billion dollars and they can't put an appropriate amount of toppings on a pizza. Shameful."

"When picking up a door dash the restaurant was very busy. I was told the order would take 20 minutes once I arrived. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes a young kid with long curly hair told me that he gave the order to someone else 5 minutes ago acting like it was my fault. When I informed him I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over an hour he shrugs his shoulders “well sorry” and walks away. Disgusting service with a piss poor attitude. This cost me substantial time and money. As I waited I observed employees not doing anything, playing with boxes, and spraying pizza screens with a line full of people going out the door with the oven practically empty."

"We ordered our pizza with the online app. It was very easy and quick. We ordered their new big box. It had two rectangular pan pizzas, cheese breadsticks, and wings. The whole cost including tax was $37. The man who waited on me was very nice and even opened the door for me when I left. If you are in the area, they won’t disappoint."
