"All staff were very knowledgeable and punctual….i came twice because i had to do a return…the only reason as to why i gave it a 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 was because the times they open were wrong, i had to wait 30 minutes for them to open, the open at 11 on Sundays where it shows it normally opens at 10…"

"Lazy. Everyone there was too busy talking up a storm up front as I was waiting by the dress rooms. That's OK. Maybe they didn't see me.. There was only 8 employees. Incompetent. I went up front and said I needed some shirts and a dress room. Guy calls on a girl to open the room and she said do you not need a room as I'm standing by the shirts. I said I needed some shirts and a dress room. OK maybe he didn't hear me whole they talking. Rude. Same guy I asked earlier comes up to me and rudly asks if I don't need a room. I said yet but I said I needed some shirts and a room. He snatches the shirts, since they're high up and I'm not as tall, hands them too me with the biggest attitude since I disturbed them from their busy day. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was that the cashier was at least nice. But that doesn't still doesn't account for the rest of staff. Don't recommend going there. If you do. Hopefully you don't need any assistance or you might bug them..."

"Rude confrontational staff. You can check my reviews, folks. I don't throw around 1 stars lightly. The two employees I had the misfortune of dealing with, one of wich is allegedly the "manager" are a poor representation on Nike as a whole and need to seriously consider other career choices if the behavior I was met with is what customer service means to them. I have contacted corporate, and they are taking due action, so I won't go into detail publicly. But I will say if you want to be publicly embarrassed by retail workers on an ego trip, this is your place!!"

"I needed some help and greeted this sales associate named Georgia. I asked how she was doing and the look of disgust on her face that I bothered her DURING A THE BIGGEST HOLIDAY SHOPPING TIME OF THE YEAR was unmatched. She was hanging up clothes, helping NO ONE. I asked about the sale and she sarcastically pointed to the sign, like I should have read it. It’s frustrating to even shop now. These young kids give zero cares about what they signed up to do. They expect to get paid without working or interacting with people! Go home! Please just stay home!"

"The store is super clean. Although it was crowded, they had plenty of items to choose from. The line was long but it moved very quickly. The cashiers are very friendly and courteous."
