Rainbow Shops

"Got to the store 15 minutes before closing and they had already locked the door. I called in because they allowed another person to come in and finish shopping. The lady who answered rudely told me the store closes when she feels like locking the door and hung up in my face. All I wanted was a pair of shoes for my baby and would not have took more than 2 minutes of their time. It was 545 not 6. They should not advertise they close at 6 if they have already closed at 545. If I would have been the same color as the woman they allowed in, maybe my baby would have gotten the shoes she worked so hard to get"

"Well as you know rainbow is a woman's clothing store but I want that to find something for my niece she had a activity at school that she needs to dress a certain way for had no problem with them helping me find something because I was totally lost so I would recommend this store if you don't have no idea they will help you thanks a lot"

"EVERY TIME i go in here the ladies at the cash register ALWAYS have an attitude and are rude. I love rainbows and ALWAYS buy my clothes from here but i will no longer go in this store due to these cashiers. The ladies at the door are always sweet but the manager here ALWAYS has a bad attitude and it is annoying."

"Asked a couple workers if they had any white dresses to which one worker immediately told us no and went back to ignoring us. After browsing for a bit anther younger worker came over to us and showed us the perfect dress. Take some tips from your younger employees guys. They seem to have better customer service."
