"Daughter bought an item and it didn't look right after she got it home. Came back the next day to return it. Spoke with some flakey teenager that was more interested in looking at her phone than providing customer service. Asked to speak to the manager or owner of the store. No help there, Kristi hides behind email and text and refuses to answer the phone. She has my money and the returned item. I have a store credit that I can't use. A troubled experience."
