"I have always loved Charlotte Russe. However, the Charlotte Russe in the Tanger Outlet Mall is a total mess. The store was clean and organized but there was no help from the staff. I walked in and the lady just looked at me then walked away. She didn't greet or ask if i needed help, or even offer any help. I looked around and saw a lot of things I was going to buy but it was the way she looked and didn't engage at all for me. I will not spend my money where services seem as if they are not wanted. The only positive thing I can say which gave the store the two extra stars was because the store was clean and some what organized. Other than that It would have definitely gotten a one star review."
