"Probably the most worthless parts department in the country. We order a lot of parts. This dealer cannot get them to us. Absolutely pathetic. Ordering from Memphis and having them shipped gets them here faster than the local dealer can. ** It is sad that it took a review to get a call back. I have parts that were ordered and we were told there were no drivers and given all sorts of excuses. I have called probably 10 times in the last week and never got anybody to even answer the parts phone. As I originally wrote, absolutely horrible dealership to work with."

"Everything started good. Made an appointment to look at a vehicle. Before making the 45 minute drive, I decided to check and make sure all was good. Vehicle listing was deleted, and after a phone call i found the vehicle was mid deal with another buyer. Not a text, phone call, email nothing about vehicle is most likely gone. Very poor communication. They completely lost my business. If they can't communicate, no telling what other sketchy things they are capable of."

"Beware of tracking devices installed on new cars. Our 2022 Mini Cooper had a GPS tracker installed under the cowl near the battery. I was never informed of this during delivery. We made it very clear that we did not want our car PDI'd, Detailed, or any other dealer services performed. Called and spoke to "manager" on 11/2/2023 and was not greeted kindly when we asked why."

"I have to say I had the best experience here buying a mini Cooper s convertible twice in 6 weeks..! I first bought a used 2020 and realized it wasn't a good fit for me and I wanted a 2024 mini. Austin was amazing. He was easy to work with and easy to contact and helped me find the car of my dreams. This is my first car purchase since having my kids in a minivan and I am soo excited!
